List of Responsibilities:
· Complete ownership of 150 B2B accounts which includes the following.
o Historical sales analysis
o Personalized approach to growing each B2B partner.
o Pushing ideas for market share growth to engineering
o Working with marketing on material and content that’s needed to grow existing accounts.
· Assist in developing and implementing a territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis in collaborating with the entire B2B team.
· Work closely with purchasing, operations, production, and warehouse managers on timely, accurate, and complete order fulfillment.
· Comfortable navigating account specific conversations based on quotas.
· Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, quotes, and other documentation that is required to support the sales.
Minimum Requirements:
· 2 – 5 years customer service / sales experience.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong organization, time management, and critical thinking skills.
· Computer Literacy (Outlook, Excel, Business Intelligence Tools)
· Team Player
· Ability to multitask.
· Strong grammar skills
· Detail Oriented
· Willing to travel for dealer visits and attend events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.25 - $28.00 per hour
